   ……but I’ve given up. I can’t resist the temptation. I can’t live in this body as it is, it needs to change. I don’t have the willpower to run, or do embarrassing things like aerobics and gymnastics….I don’t even know how to swim or ride a bike….but I do know how to not eat. It’s going to be hard to give up something that brings me so much comfort when I’m depressed, or lonely, or bored, but I have to do this. I can’t be a prisoner inside this disgusting body anymore. I can’t.
